“Storm in the tea cup”とは、「何でもないことで大騒ぎする」というイギリスのイディオムです。
例）My husband was complaining that his stomach was bothering him he thought he was dying of cancer. He went to the hospital and the doctor told him it was only gas just another storm in a tea cup.
